![]() To get started, head over to the official Hyperterm website and download the latest release. If you know javascript, you can already start hacking on the look and feel of Hyperterm, the Chromium browser tools are literally built into it (cmd+option+i). Obviously this is a win because you can port your configuration to different platforms and don’t need to reconfigure anything, and can also store your configuration in source control so that if your machine ever dies or you get a new one, you have a nice place to pick things up again, which is pretty slick. Since Hyperterm is built on top of node (via Electron) it is by default cross platform so works on Mac and Linux and Windows soon. For those who don’t know, Hyperterm is based on the electron project which leverages nodejs to build desktop applications that are cross platform.Īt its simplest, Hyperterm is a drop in replacement for other shells, like iterm2 or the default terminal app that comes packaged with most OS’s. Basically, Hyperterm allows for a wide variety of customization and extension to be added to the terminal, yet doesn’t add extra bloat and keeps things fast. ↳ Pen Markers, Remote Controls, Drawing Tablets, etc.If you haven’t heard about it yet, Hyperterm (not to be confused with hyperterminal) is a cool new project that brings javascript to the terminal.↳ Fab Tables, Grind Stations, Material Storage & Handling.↳ Water Tables, Ventilation, Air Handling.↳ Air Dryers, Air Filters, Air Compressors, Etc.↳ Metal Bending, Rolling, Notching, Drilling, Saw Cutting.↳ Mig Welders, Tig Welders, Spot Welders.↳ EasyScriber for Hypertherm, Thermal Dynamics, Razorweld, Esab.↳ EasyScriber Drag Style Scriber for Hypertherm.↳ Steel F/X Your Metal Patina & Dye Connection.↳ Quick & Helpful CorelDRAW Tutorial Videos.↳ DIY Plasma Table & Accessory Discussion Forum.↳ RazorWeld, Everlast, & All Other Plasma Cutters.↳ Thermal Dynamics / Esab Plasma Cutters.↳ Displaying the Powermax 65 85 Service Screen.↳ Powermax 65 & 85 Common Fault Code, Diagnotics, & Troubleshooting Forum.↳ Powermax Fault Code, Diagnostics, & Troubleshooting Forums.↳ Powermax SYNC 65, 85, 105 Cut Speed Charts.↳ Pricing, Advertising, & Marketing Your Products Forum.↳ Hypertherm's Tips to Troubleshoot Cut Angularity.↳ Hypertherm's 10 Common Plasma Cutting Mistakes.↳ Hypertherm's Basic Tips to Improve Cut Quality.↳ CNC Plasma Cutter Project Picture Gallery.↳ DXF Art - DXF Clip Art File Sharing Forum.DXF DESIGN & PROJECT PICTURE SHARING FORUMS.↳ Contributing Membership Registration or Renewal.WELCOME CENTER, GOOD INFO & MEET OUR SPONSORS.Now on the other hand if you feel your local dealer can answer all your questions & you don't mind buying a not made in America product you will be OK. American Made & employee owned, can't get much better than that. I like Hypertherm's way of doing business. He said, besides, all the dealer is going to do is call us and parrot back to you. Then told me call back anytime, he understood that sometimes a customer or a prospective customer had questions that typically a dealer would not be able to answer. Answered every question I asked with no BS. I was immediately connected to a young man that seemed extremely knowledgeable about their product. Hello I have a few technical questions about a Hypertherm Powermax 85. After being read to in a childish monotone voice for about 5 minutes I butted in to ask a question, it was at that time I was told I would need to talk to a dealer, which she then gave me Bubba's phone number again. But she was pleasant and did attempt to read the info to me that was on their website. She also never used a plasma cutter, owned a plasma cutter and knew nothing about plasma cutters. Now to be fair after much begging & bitc^ting I once got to talk to an applications "person". Upon calling the dealer(s) in my area that normally served the PetroChem Industry I got the opportunity to speak with Bubba on the will call desk who has never owned a plasma cutter and knew nothing about plasma cutters. I was then promptly referred to a "dealer" in my area. Just about every time I called the "other guys" I could never get past an air-head that answered the phone, asked me a 1/2 dozen questions about who I was, where I lived & the best of all how did you get this number.
